Coleslaw with an Asian Twist

Makes a great side dish for your upcoming July 4th celebration !


Cut all the vegetables and mix well together in a big bowl :
1/2 Head of Cabbage, thinly sliced
2 medium carrots )  julienned
1 stick of celery  )
1/2 Onion, finely sliced

Dressing :
In a big serving bowl, mix the following ingredients together:
1/3 cup of Japanese (Kewpie) Mayo
1/2 to 1 tsp. Wasabi powder
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. rice vinegar
1 Tbs. honey
2 tsp. sesame oil 

Garnishing :
1/4 cup of toasted sesame seeds 
2 stalks of finely sliced scallions

Add the cut vegetables into the dressing and toss well,  Mix in half the 
toasted sesame seeds and use half to sprinkle on the top.  Garnish
with some thinly sliced scallions
